items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
to initiate a return, please email us at title27co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. we will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
original shipping costs are non-refundable. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
